1. Purpose
The Safety & Prohibited Conduct Policy establishes mandatory rules for Members, Creators, public profile content, reviews, session requests, sessions, and related activity on Lumanox.
Lumanox is a U.S.-only marketplace for adults 18+ connecting Members with approved independent Creators who offer fixed-price private 1:1 sessions. Lawful formats may include coaching, mentorship, guidance, instruction, creative feedback, strategy, entertainment, reflection, spiritual or personal insight, and other non-regulated specialties. Creators provide the services; Lumanox provides marketplace infrastructure. Lumanox is not healthcare, therapy, legal, tax, financial, crisis, emergency, or other regulated professional services.
Prohibited Services
Members and Creators may not use Lumanox to offer, request, arrange, facilitate, or transact for:
- unlawful services or commerce;
- prostitution, escort services, or paid sexual services;
- sexual exploitation or trafficking;
- unlawful controlled-substance transactions;
- weapons or explosives transactions;
- gambling or wagering services;
- money laundering or unauthorized money transmission;
- unlawful financial, investment, or lending products;
- criminal facilitation;
- medical advice or treatment, therapy or professional mental-health counseling, legal advice, tax advice, regulated financial or investment advice, immigration advice, crisis or emergency services, or other regulated professional services prohibited by the current Lumanox product; or
- other unlawful commerce.
Lawful discussion, education, or non-regulated coaching about a subject is not prohibited merely because the subject can also involve a regulated service. The substance of the activity controls over its label, and no one may disguise an actual prohibited service as coaching, guidance, entertainment, or another label.
2. No Professional Advice
Creators may not provide or present Lumanox sessions as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, immigration, crisis, emergency, safety, professional counseling, or other regulated professional advice.
Creators may not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, prescribe, or direct a Member to start, stop, or change medical or mental-health treatment.
Creators may not tell Members to ignore doctors, therapists, lawyers, financial professionals, emergency services, law enforcement, or other qualified help.
Members may not request that a Creator provide prohibited professional services through Lumanox.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
No one may claim or imply guaranteed accuracy or guaranteed results.
Prohibited guarantees include relationship reconciliation, marriage, pregnancy, health, legal, immigration, financial, business, safety, spiritual, or other future outcomes.
Statements such as “100% accurate,” “guaranteed prediction,” or equivalent certainty are prohibited when presented as factual guarantees.
4. No Fear-Based Spiritual Pressure or Exploitation
Lumanox prohibits fear-based selling and coercive spiritual upselling.
Creators may not claim that a Member is cursed, hexed, possessed, spiritually contaminated, or threatened by supernatural harm and then pressure the Member to buy additional services, cleansing, protection, spell removal, curse removal, or other paid remedies.
Creators may not tell a Member that bad events will occur unless the Member pays more.
Creators may not exploit grief, illness, trauma, loneliness, relationship distress, financial distress, legal trouble, immigration stress, spiritual fear, or crisis to obtain money or control.
5. No Crisis or Emergency Substitution
Lumanox must not be used as a substitute for emergency, crisis, medical, psychiatric, legal, law-enforcement, domestic-violence, suicide-prevention, or other professional services.
If a user communicates an immediate safety emergency through Platform support, Lumanox may provide general direction to seek appropriate emergency or professional help and may take reasonable safety or account action. Lumanox does not undertake to provide crisis counseling.
6. Harassment, Hate, Threats, and Abuse
The following are prohibited:
- credible threats of violence or harm;
- harassment or stalking;
- hate or dehumanizing abuse based on protected characteristics;
- sexual exploitation or coercion;
- non-consensual sexual content;
- doxxing or threats to disclose private information;
- blackmail or extortion;
- targeted intimidation;
- abusive retaliation for reviews, refunds, reports, or refusal to purchase more services; and
- using the Platform to facilitate unlawful abuse.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
Users may not publish or misuse another person’s nonpublic telephone number, email address, account identifier, session notes, payment information, private messages, support communications, or other personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
Creators must use Member information obtained through Lumanox only for legitimate Lumanox session, support, safety, payment, or legal purposes.
Users may not attempt to defeat Lumanox’s call-relay design to collect private phone numbers for circumvention.
8. Fraud, Impersonation, and Payment Abuse
Users may not:
- impersonate another person or falsely claim credentials, affiliations, or endorsements;
- use stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
- create fake transactions or accounts;
- manipulate refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or session records;
- use Lumanox to launder money or facilitate unlawful financial activity;
- misrepresent a transaction to Stripe, a bank, or Lumanox; or
- interfere with security, authentication, payment, or anti-fraud controls.
9. Off-Platform Payment Steering
Creators may not pressure or direct Members to pay outside Lumanox for a Lumanox-originated session in order to avoid Platform fees, payment protections, refunds, safety controls, or other rules.
Members may not pressure Creators to accept off-platform payment for a Lumanox-originated session.
Independent relationships that genuinely originated outside Lumanox are not automatically prohibited, but Lumanox data and Platform activity may not be misused to circumvent a Lumanox transaction.
10. Review Integrity
Reviews must come from eligible real experiences and must comply with Platform review eligibility rules.
Users may not create, buy, sell, submit, solicit, or knowingly disseminate fake or false reviews or testimonials, including AI-generated reviews presented as genuine consumer experiences.
No one may offer money, discounts, credits, free sessions, or another incentive on the condition that a review express a particular positive or negative sentiment.
Creators may not threaten, intimidate, retaliate against, or pressure Members to remove or change negative reviews.
Lumanox may remove or restrict a review for fraud, ineligibility, abuse, unlawful content, privacy violations, conflicts of interest, or Platform-policy violations. Lumanox will not remove a review merely because it is negative.
11. Intellectual Property
Users may not upload or publish content that they do not have the right to use.
Copyright complaints are handled under the Copyright & DMCA Policy. Lumanox may remove or disable material when legally required or when there is reliable evidence of infringement or another rights violation.
12. Dangerous or Unlawful Conduct
Users may not use Lumanox to facilitate criminal activity, violence, trafficking, exploitation, evasion of lawful obligations, or other conduct prohibited by law.
Users may not encourage another person to take a dangerous action based on a Creator’s prediction or spiritual claim.
13. Minors
Lumanox is for adults age 18 or older.
Users may not create an account for a minor, knowingly arrange a session for a minor, or use Lumanox to exploit or sexualize minors.
14. Creator Marketing and Public Claims
Creators may truthfully promote their Lumanox profiles and packages.
Creators may not imply that Lumanox employs them, certifies supernatural abilities, guarantees their accuracy, endorses specific predictions, or verifies claims that Lumanox does not actually verify.
Material connections, incentives, or sponsored endorsements must be disclosed when required by applicable advertising law.
15. Reporting
Report Platform safety or conduct concerns to support@lumanox.one.
Include enough information for Lumanox to identify the account, session, review, or content involved. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Copyright notices should follow the Copyright & DMCA Policy and be sent to the designated copyright contact.
16. Enforcement
Depending on severity, reliability of evidence, prior history, legal obligations, and risk, Lumanox may take action including:
- warning;
- content removal;
- request or session cancellation;
- review moderation;
- refund review;
- visibility restriction;
- earnings or payout hold;
- account restriction;
- suspension;
- closure;
- preservation of evidence;
- reporting to a service provider; or
- cooperation with lawful authorities.
Lumanox may act immediately where delay would create meaningful safety, fraud, legal, payment, or security risk.
17. Appeals and Support Review
Where appropriate and operationally available, a user may ask support@lumanox.one to review a significant moderation, suspension, or safety decision.
An appeal does not automatically pause restrictions needed to protect users, preserve evidence, comply with law, or reduce immediate risk.
18. No Guarantee of Safety
Lumanox uses rules, technical controls, moderation, and support processes intended to reduce risk, but cannot guarantee the identity, accuracy, conduct, safety, or legality of every user or session.
Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for seeking qualified professional or emergency help when appropriate.
