1. Scope and Operator
This Privacy Policy explains how Eduardo Jose Valido II d/b/a Lumanox (“Lumanox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you use lumanox.one and related Platform services.
Lumanox currently operates as a U.S.-only platform for adults age 18 or older.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the Platform, and limited information received from service providers.
Account and contact information
This may include display name, email address, U.S. call-ready telephone number, account identifiers, authentication status, residence and age attestations, timezone, account role, account status, and security-related account information.
Creator application and profile information
For people who apply to become Creators, this may include creator name, timezone, application answers, topics or specialties, public-presence links, eligibility attestations, application status, review reasons, legal acceptance evidence, profile photo, biography, public handle, packages, availability settings, and other profile information submitted for publication or review.
Session and scheduling information
This may include requested Creator and package, requested or proposed times, scheduled times, package title and duration snapshots, optional notes submitted with a request, request status, cancellation or decline information, payment deadlines, and related workflow records. Optional session-request notes, support messages, or similar freeform fields may contain health-related context that a user voluntarily provides, such as physical health, mental or emotional state, fitness, wellness, pregnancy or reproductive matters, sexual health, symptoms, or treatment or medication context. Depending on applicable law, that context may constitute consumer health data. Lumanox is not healthcare, telehealth, therapy, or medical care. The separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice explains this handling.
Payment and payout information
Stripe processes payment-card details and Creator onboarding or payout information. Lumanox does not store full payment-card numbers.
Lumanox may receive and retain transaction identifiers, Checkout or PaymentIntent identifiers, connected-account identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, fee-rate snapshots, refund or dispute status, payout-readiness status, and related accounting records.
Telephone-session information
Lumanox stores the telephone number needed to deliver calls and may store call-provider identifiers, relay or provider numbers, call status, timestamps, duration, connection attempts, failure or disconnect information, paid-time accounting, and similar call metadata.
Lumanox does not enable product-level recording or transcription of private sessions.
The voice provider, currently Plivo, necessarily processes telephone signaling and audio media to connect calls and may process call-related information for service delivery, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, troubleshooting, or other purposes permitted by its terms and applicable law.
Reviews, saved Creators, and public activity
This may include saved-Creator relationships, review rating and text, moderation status, eligibility information tying a review to a completed session, and a privacy-safe reviewer display name used on published reviews.
Support and administrative information
If you contact Lumanox, we may process your message, attachments, account or session details you provide, and records of support, refund, safety, copyright, or administrative interactions.
Technical, security, and analytics information
Our infrastructure and service providers may process IP address, browser or device type, operating system, request metadata, logs, error information, country or approximate location derived from network information, and similar technical data needed to operate and secure the Platform.
Lumanox currently uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Vercel describes these services as privacy-focused and designed to provide aggregated or anonymous analytics without third-party advertising cookies or persistent cross-site identification. We do not currently use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising tools on the Platform.
3. Sources of Information
We receive information:
- directly from you when you create or update an account, apply as a Creator, create a package, request or attend a session, submit a review, or contact support;
- automatically from the Platform and infrastructure when you use Lumanox;
- from Creators or Members when needed to administer a shared session, dispute, safety report, or support issue;
- from service providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Plivo, and email providers in connection with services they provide to Lumanox; and
- from lawful public sources where reasonably necessary for Creator application review, fraud prevention, safety, or legal compliance.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- create, authenticate, secure, and administer accounts;
- verify launch eligibility and call readiness;
- review Creator applications and operate Creator profiles;
- display public Creator information chosen for publication;
- process session requests, scheduling, cancellations, and status changes;
- process payments and support Creator payouts through Stripe;
- connect private telephone sessions through a voice provider;
- send transactional account, security, scheduling, payment, session, policy, and support communications;
- operate saved Creators and verified reviews;
- prevent, detect, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, prohibited conduct, payment risk, and Platform misuse;
- provide support and administer refunds, disputes, chargebacks, copyright notices, and legal requests;
- maintain accounting, audit, compliance, and legal records;
- measure aggregate site usage and performance; and
- improve, debug, protect, and maintain the Platform.
5. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information as part of the current Lumanox business model, and we do not use personal information for cross-site targeted advertising.
We may disclose information in the following circumstances.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate Lumanox, including:
- Supabase for database, authentication, storage, and related backend infrastructure;
- Vercel for hosting, deployment infrastructure, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights;
- Stripe for payments, Checkout, fraud and payment processing, Creator onboarding, and payouts;
- Plivo for private telephone-call relay and voice infrastructure; and
- transactional email and other infrastructure providers used to send service communications or operate the Platform.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and, where applicable, on Lumanox’s instructions.
Members and Creators
We disclose information between Members and Creators only as reasonably necessary for marketplace and session functions.
Creator profiles intentionally display information that a Creator submits for public display. Members’ personal telephone numbers are intended to remain private from Creators through the call-relay design. Public reviews use privacy-safe reviewer presentation rather than exposing member email addresses, phone numbers, or account identifiers.
Legal, safety, and Platform integrity
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, lawful process, court orders, regulatory obligations, payment-network requirements, or enforceable government requests; to protect rights, safety, or security; to investigate fraud or abuse; or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Business transition
If the Platform or its assets are lawfully transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice where required.
6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
Lumanox uses authentication and security technologies necessary to keep users signed in and operate account features.
At launch, Lumanox does not use third-party advertising cookies or advertising pixels.
Vercel Web Analytics is currently configured as a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use third-party cookies and is designed to report aggregate traffic information. Vercel Speed Insights measures page and performance information such as route, browser, device type, network characteristics, and web-performance metrics.
If Lumanox later introduces materially different analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated before or with that change.
7. Telephone Privacy and Call Processing
Members and Creators provide a call-ready U.S. telephone number so Lumanox can deliver requested sessions.
Lumanox uses relay infrastructure so participants generally do not need to exchange personal numbers. Caller-ID presentation is not guaranteed because carriers and telecommunications providers control portions of call delivery.
Lumanox does not enable product-level recording or transcription of private sessions. Lumanox may retain connection metadata and provider identifiers needed for delivery, paid-time accounting, support, refunds, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
Telecommunications providers necessarily process call signaling and audio media to connect calls and may process related data under their own terms, security practices, and legal obligations.
8. Payment Privacy
Stripe processes payment-card information and Creator identity, banking, tax, and payout information required for Stripe Connect.
Lumanox does not ask Members to send card numbers through support messages and does not store full card numbers.
Lumanox may store payment and payout metadata needed to reconcile transactions, determine payment status, calculate recorded Creator allocations and platform fees, administer refunds or disputes, and maintain accounting records.
9. Public Information
Information a Creator chooses or is approved to publish may be visible to anyone who visits the Platform. This can include creator name, photo, biography, specialties, public links, packages, availability signal, ratings, review statistics, and other public profile content.
Published Member reviews may display the review text, rating, date, package context, and a privacy-safe reviewer name.
Do not place private contact information, confidential information, or information about another person in public content unless you have the legal right and appropriate permission to do so.
10. Retention and Account Closure
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including service delivery, account administration, payment and tax records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, legal compliance, audits, and enforcement.
Lumanox’s current account-closure design uses a recovery period before finalization. The current product uses a 7-day recovery window, and finalization may be delayed while unresolved sessions, payments, refunds, disputes, fraud or safety investigations, or legal and financial holds remain.
When an account is finalized for closure, Lumanox is designed to remove or anonymize direct profile identifiers and disable public Creator state while preserving records that remain reasonably necessary for financial, legal, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute, safety, or Platform-integrity purposes.
Retention periods may therefore differ by record type. We do not promise deletion of information that Lumanox is legally required or has a legitimate need to retain, and we may preserve information subject to a valid legal hold.
11. Security
Lumanox uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, including access controls, server-side secrets, role-based authorization, row-level database security, private storage where appropriate, and third-party providers with security programs.
No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.
12. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You can update certain account information through Platform account settings.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting support@lumanox.one with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
For the separate rights and handling information applicable to voluntarily supplied consumer health data, see the Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice. You may also request applicable access, confirmation, deletion, withdrawal, or appeal rights through support@lumanox.one.
Some requests may be limited or delayed where information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, tax or accounting obligations, legal claims, regulatory requirements, protection of other users, or other lawful reasons.
Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to Lumanox, you may have additional rights regarding personal data, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, opt out of certain processing, or appeal certain privacy-request decisions. Lumanox will honor applicable non-waivable rights.
Texas law provides privacy rights to covered consumers and generally exempts qualifying small businesses from much of the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, while still restricting a small business’s sale of sensitive data without consent. Regardless of any small-business exemption, Lumanox’s current policy is not to sell personal information.
13. Do Not Track and Browser Signals
Because Lumanox does not currently use cross-site targeted advertising, there is no advertising opt-out mechanism to apply to the current Platform.
Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid universal opt-out signal for processing Lumanox actually performs, we will honor that requirement.
Traditional browser “Do Not Track” signals do not have a single universally accepted legal or technical standard, so the Platform may not respond to them as a separate setting.
14. Children and Minors
Lumanox is for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts, request or purchase sessions, or apply as Creators.

15. Third-Party Links and Services
Creator profiles may link to third-party websites or social-media services. Those services are not controlled by Lumanox, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Stripe, Plivo, Supabase, Vercel, and other service providers also maintain their own privacy and service terms.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Platform, service providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
For material changes, Lumanox may provide notice through the Platform or by email and may require renewed acknowledgement where appropriate. The version and effective date displayed on this Policy identify the current public version.
