Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

1. What This Notice Covers

Lumanox is a U.S.-only marketplace, not healthcare, telehealth, therapy, medical care, or an emergency service. This notice supplements the Privacy Policy and explains how consumer health data may be handled when a user voluntarily provides health-related context through an optional session-request note, support message, or similar Platform field.

Depending on what a user chooses to write, the information may concern:

physical health, symptoms, or medical circumstances;
mental or emotional state;
fitness or general wellness;
pregnancy or reproductive matters;
sexual health;
treatment or medication context; or
another health-related circumstance supplied by the user.

Lumanox does not require a user to provide this information for ordinary account use. Please do not include medical records, diagnoses, prescription information, or other sensitive health information unless it is genuinely necessary for the lawful session you are requesting.

3. Sources

The source is generally the user who voluntarily submits the information. Lumanox may also receive related context from the selected Creator or a support participant when reasonably necessary to administer the requested session, safety report, refund review, dispute, or legal request.

4. How Lumanox Processes This Information

Lumanox may receive, store, organize, review, use, disclose, retain, and delete voluntarily supplied health-related context as reasonably necessary for the purposes below. Access is limited to people and systems with a legitimate operational, safety, legal, or support need, and processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, this notice, applicable law, and Lumanox's instructions to service providers.

5. Purposes

Lumanox may process voluntarily supplied health-related context to:

route and administer the requested lawful session;
give the selected Creator information the Member intentionally included for that session;
provide support, safety, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, and account services;
operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Platform in connection with the requested service;
maintain accounting, audit, legal, and compliance records; and
comply with applicable law or a lawful request.

Lumanox does not use this information to provide healthcare, diagnose or treat a condition, or make a medical decision.

6. Disclosures and Recipients

Lumanox may disclose the information as reasonably necessary to:

the selected Creator, when a Member intentionally submitted it for the requested session;
the Member or Creator involved in the same session or support matter;
service providers that operate Lumanox, such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Plivo, and transactional-email providers, under their applicable terms and Lumanox's instructions;
professional advisers, insurers, payment networks, or parties involved in a lawful business transition when reasonably necessary; or
law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required or permitted by law to protect rights, safety, security, or legal claims.

Access is limited to people and systems with a legitimate operational, safety, legal, or support need. Lumanox uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and server-side authorization. No system is completely secure.

7. Calls, Recording, Advertising, and Third-Party Collection

Lumanox does not enable product-level recording or transcription of private calls. The voice provider necessarily processes call signaling and audio media to connect a call, but Lumanox does not use a product-level call recording or transcript as a health-data feature.

Lumanox does not sell consumer health data and does not use it for cross-site targeted advertising. Lumanox does not currently operate advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising tools.

Lumanox does not authorize or knowingly permit third parties to collect consumer health data over time across unrelated websites or online services through Lumanox. Service providers may process information within the services they provide to Lumanox, under their applicable terms and Lumanox's instructions; that does not create permission for unrelated cross-site or cross-service advertising collection.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access or confirmation of processing, correction or review where applicable, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or review of a denied request. Send the request to support@lumanox.one and identify it as a Consumer Health Data Privacy Request. Lumanox may need to verify your identity and may limit a request where law permits or requires retention for safety, fraud, payment, tax, legal, or other legitimate purposes.

If Lumanox makes a material change to this notice, we will post the updated version at this page, update its effective date and version, and provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable law. Prior versions may be retained as evidence of what notice applied at the time.

Lumanox will obtain any additional consent required by applicable law before using voluntarily supplied consumer health data for a purpose outside what is necessary to provide the requested service. Nothing in this notice removes a non-waivable privacy right.
