1. Purpose
Lumanox uses reviews to help Members evaluate Creators while protecting genuine consumer feedback, privacy, and marketplace integrity.
These Guidelines supplement the Terms of Service, Creator Agreement, and Safety & Prohibited Conduct Policy.
2. Verified-Session Eligibility
A Lumanox review must come through an eligible completed-session workflow. The Platform may limit a Member to the supported review relationship for that completed session and may prevent duplicate reviews for the same session.
A review being eligible or verified means Lumanox has evidence of the qualifying Platform relationship. It does not mean Lumanox agrees with the reviewer’s opinion or guarantees that every factual statement in a review is correct.
3. Honest Experience
Reviews must reflect the reviewer’s genuine experience and honest opinion.
A review may be positive, negative, mixed, or neutral. A Member may criticize a Creator, session, or experience without violating these Guidelines merely because the feedback is unfavorable.
Reviewers may not knowingly fabricate material facts, impersonate another person, or describe a session or experience that did not occur.
4. Fake and Fabricated Reviews Are Prohibited
You may not create, buy, sell, arrange, request, submit, or knowingly disseminate fake or false reviews or testimonials.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- a Creator reviewing themselves while pretending to be a Member;
- a person reviewing a session they did not actually experience through an eligible Platform workflow;
- purchased or brokered fake reviews;
- coordinated competitor attacks using fabricated negative reviews;
- reviews by friends, family, employees, contractors, or affiliates that conceal a material relationship and falsely appear independent;
- AI-generated reviews or testimonials presented as genuine human experiences when no such experience occurred;
- manipulated screenshots, ratings, or other deceptive social proof.
5. Incentives and Material Connections
No payment, refund, discount, credit, giveaway entry, free service, or other benefit may be conditioned on a review expressing a particular positive or negative sentiment.
If Lumanox or a Creator ever lawfully offers an incentive for honest feedback without conditioning the sentiment, any material connection or incentive must be clearly disclosed where applicable law requires disclosure.
A Creator may not offer a private benefit to persuade a Member to remove, soften, or change an honest negative review.
6. No Retaliation or Review Suppression
Creators may not threaten, intimidate, harass, punish, blackmail, shame, or retaliate against a Member for leaving an honest negative review or making a good-faith complaint.
Lumanox does not remove a review merely because it is negative, critical, or commercially inconvenient.
No one may use contract language, threats, or coercion to prevent a Member from providing an honest review of a Lumanox experience where such restriction would violate applicable law or Platform policy.
7. Content That May Be Moderated
Lumanox may restrict, redact, decline to publish, or remove review content where reasonably necessary for a specific policy reason, including:
- fake, fabricated, purchased, impersonated, or materially misleading review content;
- no eligible completed-session relationship;
- undisclosed material conflicts of interest or prohibited incentives;
- private contact information, doxxing, payment credentials, or other sensitive personal information;
- harassment, threats, hate, stalking, sexual exploitation, or other abusive or unlawful content;
- spam, advertising, malicious links, or off-platform payment solicitation;
- material that is clearly unrelated to the Lumanox Creator or session experience;
- copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations; or
- other violations of the Safety & Prohibited Conduct Policy.
Where practical and appropriate, Lumanox may use a narrower action such as removing prohibited personal information rather than suppressing an otherwise genuine review.
8. Privacy-Safe Reviewer Presentation
Published reviews are designed to use privacy-safe reviewer presentation.
Lumanox does not intentionally publish the reviewer’s account email address, telephone number, internal account identifier, full payment information, or exact private-session schedule as part of the public review.
The review text itself becomes public if published. Members should not place sensitive personal information or another person’s confidential information in the review body.
9. Creator Reports and Review Disputes
A Creator may report a review for a specific policy reason such as fraud, impersonation, conflict of interest, harassment, privacy violation, unlawful content, or another Guideline violation.
Disagreement with a Member’s opinion, star rating, interpretation, or subjective assessment is not by itself a basis for removal.
Lumanox may request additional evidence where appropriate and is not required to disclose another user’s private information, fraud-detection details, security controls, privileged material, or information Lumanox is legally prohibited from sharing.
10. Review Editing
Where the Platform allows it, a Member may edit their own review. The edited review must continue to reflect the Member’s genuine experience and comply with these Guidelines.
A Creator may not control or dictate a Member’s review wording as a condition of receiving support, a refund, future service, or other treatment.
11. Lumanox Use of Reviews
Lumanox may display eligible published reviews and aggregate ratings on Creator profiles, discovery surfaces, and other Platform pages.
If Lumanox separately uses a review as a testimonial in marketing, Lumanox must not materially change its meaning and must make disclosures required for any material connection or incentive.
Submitting a review does not transfer ownership of the Member’s review to Lumanox. The Terms of Service provide the license reasonably necessary to host, display, moderate, and operate submitted content.
12. Reports and Appeals
Questions or reports about a review may be sent to support@lumanox.one with enough information to identify the Creator, review, and specific policy concern.
A user may request reconsideration if they believe a moderation decision resulted from a material mistake. Reconsideration does not guarantee a different outcome.
13. Changes
Lumanox may update these Guidelines to reflect changes in review features, applicable law, or abuse patterns. The displayed version and effective date identify the current Guidelines.
