1. Purpose
This Call & Communications Notice explains how Lumanox uses transactional email and telephone calls to operate accounts and deliver requested private sessions.
It does not authorize marketing robocalls or marketing SMS.
2. Call-Ready Telephone Number
Lumanox requires a valid U.S. call-ready telephone number for account and session functions that depend on telephone delivery.
Supported numbers may include ordinary mobile, landline, Google Voice, or other VoIP numbers that can reliably receive the required calls. Lumanox does not promise that every carrier or number type will work in every circumstance.
You are responsible for keeping the number current and able to receive calls for scheduled sessions.
3. Consent to Transactional Session Calls
By providing or maintaining a call-ready number and requesting, accepting, scheduling, paying for, or agreeing to deliver a Lumanox telephone session, you consent to telephone calls reasonably necessary to connect and deliver that requested service.
Calls may originate from a Lumanox-controlled or provider-controlled relay number.
The call is a service communication associated with a session you requested, accepted, scheduled, purchased, or agreed to deliver.
4. Private Relay and Caller ID
Lumanox uses relay infrastructure so Members and Creators generally do not need to exchange personal telephone numbers.
Caller-ID information may show a Lumanox or provider-controlled number. Carrier and telecommunications systems influence caller-ID presentation, so Lumanox cannot guarantee exactly what every device or carrier will display.
Do not rely on caller ID alone to determine the identity of the other session participant.
5. No Product-Level Recording or Transcription
Lumanox does not enable product-level recording or transcription of private sessions.
The voice provider necessarily processes signaling and audio media to connect telephone calls. The provider may process call-related information for service delivery, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or other purposes permitted by its terms and applicable law.
Lumanox may retain call metadata such as provider identifiers, status, timestamps, duration, connection attempts, and failure information.
6. User Recording
Lumanox does not provide a product-level recording or transcription feature. Members and Creators must not record or transcribe a private Lumanox session unless all participant consent required by applicable law has been obtained and any Lumanox authorization required by Platform rules has also been obtained. Anyone who independently records or transcribes remains responsible for applicable notice, consent, privacy, and recording laws.
7. Carrier Charges and Availability
Your carrier or telephone provider may apply ordinary voice, roaming, long-distance, data, or other charges under your plan.
Lumanox does not control carrier blocking, spam labeling, device settings, voicemail behavior, local network conditions, or call quality.
8. Transactional Email
Lumanox may send transactional emails for account confirmation, password reset, Creator application status, session requests, proposed times, payment required, payment status, cancellation or decline, account administration, policy changes, and support.
Transactional emails are part of operating the service and are not a marketing mailing list.
9. SMS and Marketing
SMS is not part of the current Lumanox launch product.
This Notice does not grant consent for marketing text messages, marketing robocalls, or unrelated promotional telephone campaigns.
If Lumanox later introduces marketing calls or SMS, any legally required separate consent and opt-out process will be implemented before that use.
10. Updating or Withdrawing a Call-Ready Number
You may update your call-ready number through available Account & Security controls.
If you remove access to a usable telephone number or ask Lumanox not to place service calls to the number, telephone-session features may become unavailable because the current product depends on telephone delivery.
A request not to receive marketing communications, if marketing is ever introduced, will not be conditioned on purchasing a Lumanox service except where law permits.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the personal information processed for telephone and email delivery.
Personal telephone numbers are intended to remain private from the other session participant through Lumanox’s relay design, but Lumanox cannot prevent a user from voluntarily disclosing contact information outside the Platform.
12. Contact
