Advisor Terms
These advisor terms summarize launch expectations for advisors applying to or using Lumanox. These terms may be updated as Lumanox grows and should be read together with any additional policies shown during checkout, onboarding, or session requests.
- Advisors are independent providers, not employees, agents, or representatives of Lumanox.
- Advisors are responsible for their own services, availability, session conduct, profile claims, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable rules.
- Lumanox reviews advisor applications before approval and looks for trust signals such as audience, reviews, client history, referrals, or public body of work.
- Advisors must not provide medical, legal, financial, crisis, emergency, or mental-health advice through Lumanox.
- Advisors must not guarantee outcomes.
- Launch sessions are structured as scheduled paid private session packages with upfront member payment after confirmation.
